Electro-Mechanical Estimation Engineer – (Construction / Contracting I

Job Description

Review tender documents (ITB/RFQ/RFP), drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare quantity take-off (QTO) for Mechanical & Electrical systems.
Develop cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, electrical distribution, ELV, and related systems.
Float RFQs to vendors/subcontractors and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for clients.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project control departments to gather inputs.
Identify project risks and propose mitigation within pricing.
Prepare preliminary execution schedules and manpower/material forecasts.
Support pre-bid and post-bid clarifications.
Analyze competitor pricing trends and maintain updated cost databases.

British (UK), Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)

Male

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
4–8 years of relevant estimation experience in contracting or EPC companies.
Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems (HVAC/Plumbing/Fire-Fighting/Power/ELV).
Excellent understanding of codes & standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
