Job Description
Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Power & Gas EPC business.
• Able to lead a team of HSE personnel such as HSE officers, Hygiene officers etc.
• Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans,
• Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE
• procedures / work instructions.
• Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
• Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW.
• Ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections.
• Ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes.
• Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
