We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a leading Trading and Catering Company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities, managing culinary staff, designing menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key responsibilities include developing innovative menus, supervising food preparation, managing kitchen budgets, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, coordinating with procurement teams, and leading high-volume catering operations serving 200+ persons.
The Executive Chef will play a critical role in elevating the company’s culinary offerings, maintaining consistency across all operations, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for clients.
