Executive Manager for Construction Company

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Executive Manager with a strong project management background, preferably from large-scale engineering or construction companies. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complex project coordination, resolving issues between clients and supervision consultants, and leading cross-functional teams. This role is critical in managing project execution and ensuring smooth communication among key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Lead and oversee the execution of major engineering/construction projects.

2-Coordinate between clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.

3-Resolve operational issues, conflicts, and delays by maintaining proactive communication.

4-Supervise and manage project managers and support teams.

5-Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and client expectations.

6-Provide high-level reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

7-Implement and monitor KPIs related to cost, quality, and time.

8-Represent the company in meetings with major clients, authorities, and supervision firms.

9-Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.

Candidate Requirements:

Arab National can be accepted

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Executive Manager on large-scale projects (Over Billions).

Having infrastructure, or construction project manager’s experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills (government and client relationship).

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).
