UTEC is looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication team, ensure top-quality production, and drive efficiency across operations. If you’re a hands-on leader passionate about safety, quality, and team development, we want you!

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor the fabrication team.
Ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality production.
Monitor costs and recommend process improvements.
Maintain SOPs & Job Safety Analyses.
Drive continuous improvement and team growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven fabrication/manufacturing supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices.
5-7 years minimum experience in supervisory level in manufacturing environment
