Facade Engineer

Job Description

Develop and analyze facade design solutions that integrate aesthetics, performance, and sustainability, ensuring compliance with local building codes and standards.
Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to provide innovative facade systems that enhance building functionality while meeting design intent.
Oversee the fabrication and installation processes of facade systems, ensuring quality control and adherence to project schedules.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to facilitate clear communication across project teams.
Engage in site inspections and field testing to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to source materials that align with project requirements and budget constraints.
Lead project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and coordinate efforts among various stakeholders.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil, Mechanical)

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering
Minimum of 8 years of experience in facade engineering or related disciplines, showcasing a robust portfolio of completed projects.
Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus for international projects.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision in design and execution, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
