Job Description

To lead and grow the sales of locally manufactured electrical products (such as panel boards, switches, sockets, and custom assemblies). This role focuses on developing the factory’s market share, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in coordination with the production and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the factory’s products to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in both private and government sectors (contractors, consultants, developers).
• Build strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction and electrical sectors.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure products meet market demands and client specifications.
• Lead and manage the factory sales team, setting clear targets and providing coaching and support.
• Participate in pricing strategy, tenders, and large project quotations to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide sales strategy.
• Ensure proper documentation, client communication, and after-sales support.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market challenges to top management.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical), Bachelor of Business Administration

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or B2B sales, preferably in the electrical manufacturing sector.
• Deep understanding of low-voltage products and electrical components.
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, and project developers in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
