Job Description
Maintenance or upgrade firefighting system in commercial and residential buildings.
2. Main Pumps, Jockey Pump, Valves, Gauges Knowledge.
3. Test and repair alarm systems already in place
4. Perform inspections to ensure System are maintained according to code.
5. Complete detailed inspection reports, documenting any issues.
6. Respond to emergency service calls. Repair and Maintenance Work for Pumps, Generator,
Sprinklers etc.
7. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Material Stock on base of PRIORITY / Emergency.
8. Knowledge for Drawing for all Firefighting Pipeline in the Building, Valves, Lines, Connection,
Riser, Header, Time Delay,.
9. Must have the Knowledge of Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Multiple Detector,. Types,
Usage, and Performance Work.
10. Firefighting System Integration with BMS, FACP PANEL AND ISSD Pannels,
11. Must know about types of Water Sprinklers, maintenance, procedure and Rectification.
12. Must Know Related to Material, Service Life Of Equipment and On time Response.
13. Aware with Fire Alaram System, Module Connection, Main Pannel, and Programming.
14. Knowledge of all Types of Valves, Maintenance Procedure firefighting System.
15. Fire Extinguisher Types, Safety Hose, allocation, Usage, Tagging, Storage tank Primary
Secondary Pumps, Pressure Holder Devices etc.
16. Must Know about the Fire system connection with BMS, Elevator, HVAC and Mechanical
System such as Dampers, Lovers Pressurization Equipments.

We are looking for a Fire Inspector / Technician to maintain and update firefighting systems in
commercial and residential buildings. He will perform inspections, test alarms, and troubleshoot/
Repair/ Maintenance Firefighting System or document any issues. Respond to emergency service
calls and ensure the systems are functioning properly. Applicants for this position should also be
knowledgeable about NFPA standards, including NFPA 70 and 72.
