FitOut Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise daily site activities for fit-out works, including partitioning, flooring, ceilings, furniture installation, and finishes.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Review drawings and specifications, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Prepare reports on site progress, materials, and manpower requirements.
Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out supervision or interior projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
