Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software to analyze and forecast project progress and potential delays.
Conduct thorough forensic schedule analysis to identify causes of delays, critical path impacts, and potential liability.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing schedule deviations, impacts, and recommendations for mitigation.
Evaluate and assess the validity of time extension claims, analyzing supporting documentation and contract terms.
Collaborate with project teams, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide expert advice.
Perform ‘what-if’ scenario analysis to assess the impact of potential changes and delays on project outcomes.
Review and analyze project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence, to identify relevant information.
Assist in the preparation of expert witness reports and provide testimony in legal proceedings, if required.
Stay current with industry best practices, software advancements, and relevant legal precedents.
Provide proactive planning support to prevent disputes and optimize project performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Male

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, with a focus on forensic analysis.
Proficient in using scheduling software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other relevant tools.
Exhibits excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrates the ability to handle complex projects and tight deadlines.
Demonstrates strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and delay analysis techniques.
