Job Description

Job Summary: The Generator Rental Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the generator rental division, ensuring the efficient rental, maintenance, and servicing of generators. This role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating with technicians, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of generators to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Coordinate with technical staff to schedule servicing and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain inventory levels of generators, parts, and accessories.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding generator operation and troubleshooting.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor rental profitability.
Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Prepare reports on operational performance, maintenance schedules, and inventory status.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)

Any

3 years Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Proven experience in generator rental, maintenance, or related industries.
Hands-on Experience on Cummins / Perkins / Cat diesel engines.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to generator operations.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to generators.
Proficiency in MS Office and rental management software.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in inventory management.
Ability to analyze financial data and optimize rental profitability.
