Job Description
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Head Butcher or Senior Butcher in 5 Star hotels or high-volume kitchens.
· Expertise in meat, poultry, and seafood cutting, portioning, and preparation to 5-star standards.
· Strong knowledge of storage, aging, and handling techniques for premium products.
· Ability to train and supervise a team of butchers and kitchen staff.
· Skilled in minimizing waste, controlling yields, and ensuring cost efficiency.
· Excellent understanding of hygiene, HACCP, and food safety protocols.
