Job Description

Managing PNL / revenue / Expansion of the Retail Division
Conceptualize and build ME Home / ME Gaming etc. concepts for Retail Division \
Optimize Store Operations to drive Store & Staff Productivity.
Build and optimize Customer Experience inside the stores.
Optimizes Sell Through / Display/ Merchandising & Product lifecycle inside the stores.
Manage Operating expenses in line with revenue, driving profitability.
SOP & Compliance to Store Protocols
Staff Training & Solution selling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Any Graduation

Male

Arabic Speaking must
10+ years Retail Operations & PNL Management experience at a Reputed Electronics / General Merchandise /Fashion / Lifestyle Retail in GCC ( KSA Preferred)
Strong people Management skills.
Agile & nimble footed with problem solving skills.
Contemporary / tech savvy/ exposed to retail innovation & Global best practices.
Comfortable to work in a Cross function & matrix organization.
