Job Description

Maintain full environmental compliance with Saudi Aramco environmental standards (SAEP, SAES, GIs) and applicable government regulations.
Implement and oversee waste management plans for hazardous, non-hazardous, and special wastes — including minimization, segregation, storage, transport, and disposal.
Conduct Environmental & Occupational Health (E&OH) field audits and inspections.
Organize and review environmental monitoring activities — air emissions, wastewater, and soil assessments — ensuring non-compliances are identified and resolved promptly.
Lead spill response coordination, reporting, and root cause analysis while maintaining site-specific spill prevention and control plans.
Conduct regular facility and contractor environmental inspections and audits, and track corrective actions through close-out.
Promote a culture of proactive environmental management through toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and inductions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly environmental performance reports and maintain the site’s Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any European National, Saudi Arabian, British (UK)

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Environmental), Bachelor of Science(Any, Environmental science)

Male

Bachelor degree in, Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial, or in a related discipline from an accredited entity or equivalent. A Master’s Degree or PhD is preferable., Oil & Gas industry with minimum of 7 years in Oil & Gas.
Strong experience in gas plant operations, environmental audits, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of waste management, spill prevention, and ISO 14001 standards.
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
