Job Description

Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Standardize HR policies and procedures across all entities while respecting local legal requirements.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and updated regulations.
Manage Saudization quotas and reporting via Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad platforms.
Conduct regular audits to maintain Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance.
Oversee recruitment for all regional locations, focusing on Saudization targets.
Act as escalation point for complex employee relations issues.
Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies for Saudi nationals.
Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and end-of-service settlements across regional locations.
Ensure accurate HRIS data management and reporting for group-level analytics.
Implement group-wide performance management systems.
Handle visa processing, Iqama renewals, and expatriate compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(HR/Industrial Relations)

Any

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
8–12 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles within KSA.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization policies, and HR compliance.
Experience managing HR across multiple entities or group structures.
Proficiency in HRIS and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).
Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
