Job Description
• Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines in line with organizational standards
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening, interview scheduling, and offer documentation
• Maintain accurate employee data on HR systems and ensure confidentiality of records
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, contracts, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and relevant government platforms.
• Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required
• Support audits and internal reviews related to HR processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role (preferably within government or semi-government entities) • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices • Experience with HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
