Orchestrate the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements, fostering a fair and compliant workplace.
Manage employee relations, mediating conflicts and providing guidance to both employees and management to maintain a positive and productive environment.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to attract top talent and fill open positions efficiently.

Any Anglophone National, Any CIS National, Egyptian, Indian
Diploma(Management), M.Phil(Business Administration)
Any
Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR, demonstrating professional competence.
Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the [Industry] industry.
