HVAC Ducts Coil Line Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate and maintain Coil Line Machine (for cutting, notching, beading, Pittsburgh, etc.)
Load coils and set machine parameters according to job specifications.
Read fabrication Lists and optimize cutting programs.
Monitor the machine for performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Ensure proper material handling, alignment, and feeding to avoid errors.
Perform daily checks and routine maintenance of the machine.

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience operating Coil Line Machines in HVAC duct manufacturing.
Familiar with brands like Lockformer,
Ability to read cutting lists.
Basic troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge.
