HVAC Site Coordinator

Job Description

Co-ordinate, monitor and supervise internal day to day sales and production activities.
Assist in preparation of quotations, technical submittals and related documentation.
Assist in preparation of techno-commercial documentation, tender submittals pertaining to the large projects.
Process the Sales Orders and monitor production and delivery progress against each order.
Closely liaise with production team in prioritizing the deliveries based on the inputs from sales team.
Monitor and maintain progress of all enquiries, quotes, logs for Ductwork, dampers, louvers, ESP’s, VAV’s, fans and Acoustic products.
Conduct daily sales progress and forecast updates with productions and sales.
Keep track of ongoing production jobs and update the sales team of any deviations from the original delivery schedule.
Co-ordinate with the sales team in updating of periodic sales reports and resolution of customer queries / complaints etc.
Handle technical compliance and estimation of the products
Visit customer sites and provide technical clarifications as and when required
Update the production for any changes deviations or requests from the customer.

Any Nationality

Diploma(Engineering, Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Production/Industrial), Any Graduation

Any

Bachelors (Preferred BE – Mechanical)
Sales Coordination: 3 years (Preferred)
HVAC Products: 2 years (Preferred)
Autocad 2d and 3d
