HVAC Technician

Job Description

Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including but not limited to (Chiller’s condenser fan motors, AHU’S. FCU’S, PUMPS, DX units, package units’ evaporative system)

– Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

– Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of HVAC system and make necessary adjustments or repairs, service with log sheet report

– Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls

– Operate a variety of hand and power tools, welder torch, vacuum pump, test equipment utilized in the trade and maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition

– Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, Grills, bearings, valves, controls and other equipment as necessary.

– Perform daily corrective maintenance schedule for the equipment

– Maintain related records, log of tasks performed, and write reports as required.

– Maintain complete confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.

– Perform any other duties assigned to him related to the nature of the work.
