Job Description

– Develop detailed interior design concepts, space plans, and material specifications tailored for fit-out projects.
– Prepare technical drawings, joinery details, and construction documentation for site execution.
– Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
– Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
– Source and specify FF&E materials, finishes, and fittings suitable for commercial applications.

Bachelor in Interior Decoration(Interior Design)

Male

– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior design or fit-out contracting company.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software.
– Strong understanding of fit-out detailing, joinery, and material application.
– Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
