IT Project manager (IT Infrastructure-Any Arabic Speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for an full time IT Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and best practices, along with proven project management skills to drive project success and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

2. Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, and develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project goals.

3. Coordinate project resources, including internal project teams, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure efficient project execution and delivery of project deliverables.

4. Monitor project progress, update project management tool, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

5. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to clients and stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations, and escalate critical issues to senior management as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and solutions, including networking, systems administration, cloud services, and security.

• Strong project management skills, including project scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and control, and experience leading cross-functional project teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet, and familiarity with IT infrastructure technology platforms.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure best practices, standards, and security requirements, and experience implementing IT infrastructure projects in diverse environments.
