Job Description
1. Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets for SaaS and cloud offerings.
Identify target accounts and verticals with high potential for cloud transformation and digital adoption.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
2. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers) and stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Solution Selling
Understand client needs and challenges; propose tailored SaaS and cloud solutions (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, ITSM tools, ERP, CRM, etc.).
Lead solution presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (PoCs) with the technical pre-sales team.
Clearly articulate product value propositions and ROI to business and technical stakeholders.
4. Commercial and Contract Management
Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Manage contract renewals, subscription upgrades, and licensing models (monthly/annual).
Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups in collaboration with finance teams.
5. Market and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales pitches with current product capabilities and campaigns.
Participate in industry events, webinars, and vendor trainings to maintain product certifications.
6. Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Technical Support) to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales support.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head/Management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Contribute feedback from customers to influence product development and service enhancements.

1. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA or relevant sales
2. Experience
3–7 years of proven sales experience in IT products and solutions, preferably in SaaS, Cloud Services, or IT Infrastructure.
