JCB Operator

Job Description

Operate JCB machinery to complete excavation, loading, and grading tasks with precision and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on JCB equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks and adhere to project timelines.
Utilize JCB machinery for trenching, backfilling, and site preparation while minimizing environmental impact.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used to assist in project tracking and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian, Nepali

Secondary School, Intermediate School

Male

High school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training in heavy machinery operation preferred.
Valid JCB operator certification or relevant heavy machinery certification is essential.
Preference for candidates with experience in earthmoving, landscaping, and construction site management.
Strong technical skills in operating JCB machinery and performing basic mechanical repairs.
Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and site management.
