Junior Safety Trainer

Job Description

Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training sessions to staff and site workers
Assist in the development and implementation of safety training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure timely certification renewals
Support on-site safety audits and inspections in coordination with the client’s HSE team
Promote awareness of occupational hazards and safe working practices
Assist in incident investigations by providing training insights where necessary
Ensure that all safety training aligns with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices
Report regularly on training progress and employee participation
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Science(Environmental science, Food Technology)

Any

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UAE delivering safety or HSE training
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA) preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Understanding of adult learning principles and safety education techniques
Flexibility to work on-site at client locations when required

Basic Salary plus commission
