Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key retail accounts across Saudi Arabia
Lead contract negotiations and business development initiatives to drive growth
Develop and execute joint Sales and marketing plans covering promotions, launches, and in-store visibility in the assigned territory and channels.
Inspire and guide merchandisers to deliver flawless execution
Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, enhance brand visibility through smart pricing, strong availability, and impactful shelf presence
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, administration and marketing teams to align market goals

Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(International Business, Marketing)

4-5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG Food industry Fluent in English, Arabic will be an added advantage with strong communication and negotiation skills Proven leadership ability with a track record of trade contacts and building customer loyalty Strategic and analytical mindset with expertise in forecasting and retail performance metrics Experience across Modern trade, Traditional trade and Wholesale Channels Ambitious, results-driven, willing to join immediately preferable on a transferable visa and ready to step into a future territory head role A competitive salary package will be offered, aligned with the candidate’s experience and expertise.
