Job Description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for boosting sales in government, fleet, and private sectors for Construction Equipment. This role focuses on promoting FAMCO’s Construction Equipment products in KSA, building strong connections with key players, creating compelling proposals, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders. The efforts of the Key Account Manager will be essential in expanding the commercial vehicles market presence and driving sales in both trucks and buses segments.
What you will do:
Achieve monthly units’ target in Construction Equipment.
Work with the head of sales and product manager to set monthly and quarterly objectives by model.
Develop a robust forecasting strategy for accurate weekly forecasting of sales and gross margin.
Measure, monitor, and compare sales progression during each month and take appropriate actions to ensure the sales plan is achieved.

About the team:
The Key Account Manager will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to achieve the desired market share of the brand.
What equips you for the role:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering / Management.
At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Construction Equipment or Superstructure and equipment Manufacturing.
KSA experience is an added advantage.
Written and verbal communication in English (other regionally spoken languages including Arabic would be an added advantage).
