Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in laboratory equipment engineering or related roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of laboratory environments.
Professional certifications such as Certified Laboratory Equipment Engineer (CLEE) or similar credentials to validate expertise.
Proficiency in technical software and CAD tools for designing and modeling laboratory equipment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding equipment performance and improvements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance in all aspects of equipment engineering and maintenance.
