Job Description
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the labor camp, including accommodation, sanitation, and recreational facilities.
Manage and maintain accurate records of labor camp residents, including attendance, accommodation details, and any incidents.
Enforce camp rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and disciplined environment for all residents.
Coordinate and supervise the provision of meals, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and dietary requirements are met.
Address and resolve resident complaints and grievances promptly and effectively, acting as a point of contact.
Manage and maintain camp infrastructure, including buildings, utilities, and equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the camp.
Supervise and coordinate waste management and disposal processes to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Conduct regular inspections of the camp facilities, identifying and addressing potential hazards or maintenance needs.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as suppliers, contractors, and government authorities as needed.

Male
High school diploma or equivalent is required, a diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Possession of relevant certifications, such as food safety or first aid, is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in labor camp management, or a similar role within the construction or hospitality industries.
Proven experience in managing a diverse workforce and dealing with cultural sensitivities.
Strong understanding of labor laws and health & safety regulations in the region of operation.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to use computer applications, including MS Office and camp management software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
