Job Description

Lead and coordinate landscape installation and maintenance teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards.
Conduct site assessments and develop tailored maintenance plans to enhance the aesthetic and ecological value of landscapes.
Manage inventory and procurement of plants, materials, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability in sourcing.
Train and mentor staff on best practices in landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use to foster a skilled workforce.
Oversee landscape design projects, collaborating with clients to translate their vision into practical and beautiful outdoor spaces.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards, maintaining a focus on sustainable landscaping practices.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement strategies where necessary.
Implement pest management and irrigation systems, optimizing the health and longevity of plant materials under your care.
Prepare budgets and financial reports, effectively managing resources to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating strong relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
