Job Description

MAIN DUTIES 1. Plan and ensure sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities in assigned territory. 2. Create, Transformation of inquiries to proposals after carefully understanding the scope of supply & quality requirements, including clarification of technical, commercial and export conditions. 3. Build technical and commercial proposals and present offers based on the customer’s scope and requirements. 4. Providing compliance statement to project specifications. 5. Vendor quote related negotiations (price, delivery time) with 3rd party suppliers. 6. Management of the proposal process including status reporting and follow-up as required. 7. Identification and development of partners and suppliers, including evaluations and commercial negotiations. 8. Participation in Bid Strategy meetings, Bid Clarification meetings, Project Start Up meetings, Project Progress and handover/evaluation meetings, all as required.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND SKILLS EXPERIENCE • Minimum 10 years experience in sales industry especially in Oil & Gas and Petrochemcial with Process Analyzer and Emerson products background. KNOWLEDGE • Competent and experience in project engineering for the respective product& project field. • Thorough knowledge of Emerson Products, Process Analzyers, Gas Chromatographs, Shelters, Cabinets etc. • Familiarity with requirements and specifications of End users, EPC contractors, and government organizations. • Awareness of the commercial and logistic impacts of design and engineering decisions. • Experience within international project business, contract management and project management. • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook etc. • Knowledge of safety regulations. • Profeciency in English, written and verbal
