Job Description

Conduct thorough legal research to provide accurate and timely advice on complex legal issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, tailoring terms to mitigate risks and protect the organization’s interests.
Advise on corporate governance matters, including compliance with statutory requirements and best practices for board operations.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations, leveraging strong advocacy skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
Manage external legal counsel effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while controlling legal expenses.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National, Kuwaiti, Saudi Arabian, British (UK)

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate or commercial setting, demonstrating expertise in contract law and compliance.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction, showcasing a commitment to upholding legal standards and ethical practices.
Certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar are preferred to enhance credibility.
