Position: Legal & Governance Director

Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (professional certifications preferred).
5–10 years of experience in legal affairs and corporate governance, preferably within large organizations.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Companies Law, corporate governance frameworks, and compliance regulations.
Familiarity with CMA (Capital Market Authority) and Tadawul regulatory requirements.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong experience in reviewing major contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee and enhance the Company’s policies, procedures, governance, and compliance frameworks across all departments.
Ensure company operations are aligned with Saudi Companies Law and relevant regulatory requirements.
Prepare, review, and submit periodic reports and documents as required under applicable laws and regulations.
Review major agreements and contracts in coordination with the Contracts Department.
Provide legal guidance and advisory support to senior management and the Board of Directors.
