Logistics Specialist
Job Description
Coordinate with Sales Department for the timely collection of raw materials from customer sites and delivery to our facility for treatment.
Organize and manage transportation of treated products to final destination.
· Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods
· Maintain Customer Service level agreements with the transporters and update them periodically.
· Arrange internal transfers of final products to external storage facilities when required by Production and Warehouse departments.
Establish and maintain a reliable network of trusted land, sea, and air transport providers to cover operational needs.
Liaise directly with customers (after Sales introduction) to organize transportation, deliver labels, and manifests when required.
Prepare and manage all transportation documents including waybills, manifests, and shipping instructions.
Submit invoices to the accounts department after shipment to ensure timely payment processing
Keep a good records of ABC manifests corresponding to the materials received per truck from customer in coordination with the warehouse department?
Ensure customs clearance procedures are correctly executed and compliant with KSA requirements.
Arrange and follow up on transportation insurance for goods in transit.
Monitor shipment schedules, resolve transport-related issues promptly, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Continuously optimize logistics processes for cost, efficiency, and compliance.

Experience: Minimum of 10 5 to 7? years in logistics/transportation, preferably within KSA.
Education: University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Solid understanding of land, sea, and air transport operations.
Practical knowledge of Incoterms and international trade rules.
In-depth knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulatory requirements in KSA.
Experience in handling transportation insurance.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Personal Qualities: Highly reactive, flexible, customer-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
