Job Description

Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods across all channels.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize shipping schedules and reduce transportation costs.
Implement and enforce safety and compliance standards in line with industry regulations and best practices.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.
Lead and train logistics staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Manage transportation budgets and negotiate contracts with carriers to achieve favorable terms.
Utilize logistics software and technology to streamline processes and enhance tracking capabilities.
Address and resolve any shipping or delivery issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present logistics reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and challenges.
