Job Description

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring precise measurements and tolerances are met for each part produced.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings, translating complex specifications into actionable machining processes.
Select appropriate tools and materials for each job, optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines to prevent downtime and ensure operational safety.
Perform quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols to minimize hazards.
