Job Description

Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy that minimizes downtime and maximizes equipment life.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, with a focus on mechanical or electrical disciplines.
Proven track record of implementing successful maintenance programs that align with organizational objectives.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Certifications such as Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of maintenance management software and technologies, with experience in CMMS platforms.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing complex mechanical issues swiftly.
Fluency in English is a must; additional language skills, particularly in Spanish or Mandarin, are a plus.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and transparency.
