Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations for heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose faults and ensure repairs are carried out efficiently.
• Monitor and manage workshop manpower and tools.
• Track maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the workshop manager to ensure smooth workflow and meet parts requirements.
• Train and guide the site staff on the proper use and maintenance of machinery.
• Stay updated with industry advancements to enhance repair techniques and machinery knowledge.
