Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical –HVAC Factory Equipment)

Job Description

Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on:
CNC Plasma Cutting Machine
Coil Line Machine
Bending, notching, shearing, beading machines, etc.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Conduct emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
Coordinate with production teams to plan scheduled maintenance.
Maintain service logs and spare part inventory.
Assist in machine installation and alignment.
Ensure compliance with factory safety standards.

Indian, Filipino, Pakistani

Secondary School, Intermediate School(General (College Proprietary))

Male

3–5 years experience as a maintenance technician in an HVAC duct manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication factory.
Good knowledge of electromechanical systems, motors, sensors, and control panels.
Experience with CNC machinery maintenance (especially Vulcan systems) is a strong advantage.
Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and machine manuals.
Skilled in using tools, multimeters, and diagnostic devices.
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
