Job Description
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment including grills, fryers, chillers, freezers, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and carry out repairs for equipment breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure tools are properly handled and stored.

Male
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance within a commercial kitchen or hospitality environment. Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and HVAC units. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and organizational skills. Must be currently based in Riyadh or available for immediate relocation. Flexibility to work during weekends or extended hours in case of emergencies.
