Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Training & Development Manager to lead training programs, enhance employee technical skills, and ensure certification from specialized institutes to operate heavy equipment, compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Deliverables:
✔Develop and execute technical training programs.
✔ Conduct hands-on training and assessments.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
✔ Implement innovative training methods (e-learning, VR, etc.).
Key Requirements:
� Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field. Master of Business Administration
� 8–10 years in technical training (equipment rental/heavy machinery preferred).
