Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Engineer – Fire & Safety to promote and support sales of fire protection and safety systems. This role involves working closely with customers, sales teams, and technical departments to provide solutions that meet fire and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fire protection systems, excellent marketing skills, and a deep understanding of industry standards.

As a Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for fire and safety products (fire alarms, suppression systems, extinguishers, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the fire and safety industry.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with local fire codes and safety regulations.
Assist in the development of brochures, datasheets, case studies, and digital marketing content.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Work with R&D teams to provide feedback on product improvements based on market demand.
Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Any

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in fire protection systems, safety equipment, or a similar industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of NFPA, UL, FM, and other fire safety standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
