Job Description

Strategic Growth: Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition goals.
Lead Generation: Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects through digital campaigns, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Secure new clients, manage key accounts, and nurture long-term strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers.
Solution Selling: Deliver tailored presentations and proposals for IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity services, and IT procurement offerings.
Deal Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals, managing renewals, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to refine go-to-market strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client satisfaction post-sale.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)

Any

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in B2B sales and marketing, preferably within IT solutions, cloud computing, or cybersecurity services.
Achievements: Demonstrated track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT procurement services, cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cybersecurity frameworks, and IT managed services.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and modern sales methodologies with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Mindset: Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.
