Job Description

Strategic Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Define target audiences and create detailed customer personas.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
Manage and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, providing detailed performance reports.
Brand Management
Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in all communications.
Digital Marketing
Manage online presence, including websites, social media platforms, and SEO efforts.
Oversee pay-per-click PPC campaigns, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.
Analyse digital analytics to optimise online performance and user experience.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Assign responsibilities and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Collaboration
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Partner with external vendors, agencies, and consultants to execute specialised projects.
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for product launches and promotional activities.

Any Nationality

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)

Male

Masters of Business Administration – Marketing
6 to 8 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, etc
Minimum 1 year as Marketing Manager experience inside KSA.
