Job Description

Project Leadership & Execution
Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities to ensure successful project completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
Supervise and coordinate the installation, fabrication, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Oversee on-site mechanical construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality workmanship.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Conduct site inspections, implement quality control checks, and troubleshoot construction-related issues as needed.
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align construction activities with overall project objectives.
Prepare, review, and manage mechanical construction documentation, including work schedules, progress reports, and technical drawings.
Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective coordination.
Financial & Risk Management
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control strategies.
Identify potential risks, deviations, and delays, and develop corrective action plans to mitigate issues.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance
Implement and enforce HSE policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Ensure all personnel adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project sites.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BTech) is required; Master’s degree (MTech) is preferred.
Professional Experience & Skills
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction, particularly within oil, gas, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
GCC experience is required.
Strong knowledge of mechanical construction methodologies, piping systems, rotating/static equipment, and material selection.
Proficiency in construction management software and engineering tools such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Expertise in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk assessment.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, and ISO.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
