Job Description

Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems including high-pressure pumps, energy recovery devices, filters, valves, and associated piping systems.
Monitor equipment performance and identify trends or deviations from optimal operating parameters.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime.
Coordinate with operations and instrumentation teams to support system modifications, performance improvements, and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications, O&M manuals, and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Supervise and guide mechanical technicians during maintenance activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance work instructions as needed.
Support shutdown planning, major overhauls, and annual maintenance campaigns.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and practices at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering

Any

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in SWRO or similar industrial plants (power, water, oil & gas).
Strong understanding of SWRO process equipment including high-pressure pumps and energy recovery systems.
Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, condition monitoring, and root cause analysis techniques.
Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) such as Maximo or SAP PM.
Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
Excellent organizational, communication, and team coordination skills.
Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule if required.
