Mechanical Engineer (Civil Department)

Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years’ site experience in buildings and infrastructure, responsible for supervising and inspecting mechanical works such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, chiller plants, and BMS. Reviews drawings, material submittals, testing/commissioning activities, ensures compliance with codes (IBC, ASHRAE, NFPA), responds to RFIs, verifies contractor invoices, supports cost estimates, coordinates permits/utilities, and resolves mechanical design issues during construction.
