good communication skills, perfect communication with customer, perfect English speaking and writing, excellent for job priorities, knowledge of customer service, knowledge of contract management and negotiation process skills, maximise manpower utilization, knowledge of RTPC ( request to place a contract) , purchase request creation in oracle system, following up to convert PR to PO , contract payment status report and contract payment release, knowledge of budget management, send monthly payment reports regularly, knowledge about accrued expenses related reports., arrange kick off and sign off weekly meetings with execution teams, know how to prepare backlog WO, leadership character presence, ownership structure etc
