Job Description

OpenShift and IBM Cloud PAK: OpenShift Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in container orchestration, cloud-native application deployment, and platform automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade OpenShift environments to support scalable and secure application delivery.

Minimum 5 years of experience in OpenShift engineering or container platform administration

Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift CLI & Web Console

Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting

Experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitLab

Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack

Certified as a Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, Automation, or Data

Knowledge of Service Mesh, API Gateway, and Istio

Exposure to GitOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Familiarity with IBM Licensing, Entitlement Registry, and Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM)

experience with IBM Cloud Pak deployments and configurations

Design, deploy, and manage IBM Cloud Pak solutions (e.g., Cloud Pak for Integration, Automation, Data, Security) on Red Hat OpenShift

Configure and maintain OpenShift clusters in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments

Integrate IBM Cloud Pak components

Additional Information for Candidates

The total package includes basic salary, transportation allowance, and housing allowance
We will transfer your Iqama; the company will bear the Iqama charges for the employee.
The employee must bear all dependent-related Iqama costs, including:
One-time Iqama charges
Documentation fees
Levy fees
Air ticket charges
The company provides medical insurance coverage for the employee, spouse, and one child only.
The company will provide SAR 3,000 per year towards air tickets (total amount, not per person).
The company will bear additional expenses such as non-Saudi national costs and Chamber of Commerce charges.
Employees are entitled to 22 working days of paid annual leave.
Casual leave and sick leave will be provided as per Saudi labor norms.
End of Service Benefits will be provided as per Saudi labor law.
Exit and re-entry visa benefits are provided only for the employee.
The company does not provide any education or schooling allowance for employees’ children.
