Operation Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives.

· Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

· Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

· Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize operational efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

· Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and performance management to achieve operational targets.

· Address and resolve complex operational issues, conflicts, and emergencies in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operational processes and initiatives.

· Prepare and present operational reports, including progress updates, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum Experience (number of years):

10+ years’ experience in the relevant field
